In Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Model, we take the responsibility to operate the division in conjunction with the client HR team. We build the systems, procedures and run the practices in the organization for a period of time. During this period the existing HR team is groomed to operate the function efficiently thereafter.

When the client chooses us to be Extended Arm of their HR Team, we use a consulting approach to implement the changes in the organization. We build the systems and handhold the HR team in implementing the changes in the organization in a phased manner. Throughout the intervention period we guide them on minute details required while executing people strategies.
